RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At Maison Breya, we are committed to delivering products of exceptional quality and ensuring a refined customer experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the following return and refund policy.

  1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Customers may request a return within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery for online purchases or from the date of purchase for in-store transactions.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

• Be unused and unopened
• Be in its original packaging
• Be in the same condition in which it was received
• Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

Maison Breya reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

  1. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund once opened or used:

• Fragrances
• Skincare products
• Makeup products
• Candles
• Personal care items

Products that have been opened, used, altered, or damaged after delivery will not be accepted for return.

  1. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect, please contact Maison Breya within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving the order.

Customers must provide:

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

After review, Maison Breya may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at its discretion.

  1. RETURN SHIPPING

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Maison Breya is not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  1. REFUND PROCESS

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, Maison Breya will notify the customer regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within five (5) to ten (10) business days depending on the financial institution.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  1. EXCHANGES

Maison Breya may offer exchanges for eligible items returned within the return period. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

In-store purchases may be eligible for exchange within fourteen (14) days with proof of purchase.

Maison Breya fragrances are designed to be part of the Maison Breya Refill Ritual. Refill services and refill products are considered final sale and are not eligible for return once used or opened.

  1. FRAUD PREVENTION

Maison Breya reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds if there is evidence of misuse, abuse of the return policy, or suspicious activity.
