ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary during holidays, promotions, or periods of high demand.

SHIPPING TIMES
Delivery times depend on the destination and shipping carrier. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including carrier delays or customs processing.

SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Maison Breya is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Maison Breya is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. If your package appears lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first. Our team will assist when possible.

DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the package and product so we can assist you.
